Stop People Pleasing and Start Soul Pleasing: One Intuitive’s Story on How to Step Into Your Purpose (Thursday, 2/6 at 12:30pm EST)
Too often therapists come into the field as wounded healers who want to help heal others. But how often do we stop and center around helping ourselves? While attempting to heal those wounds, we often give from an empty cup in both our personal and professional lives. We did not come back to this plane, to be just that. That was not our true intent or purpose.
This presentation will center around becoming a true healer. It will explain how to use your passions, powers and gifts to show up as your authentic self in all environments. There will be a discussion on how to break away from stigma, societal norms, and family expectations to step into your soul’s desire and purpose. Hear one medium’s story on how she walked through the dark night of the soul and embraced her soul’s path and purpose.

Crafting Clinical Language for Non-Traditional Therapy Approaches (Thursday, 2/6 at 3pm EST)
Join me for an in-depth training session on crafting clinical language for non-traditional therapy approaches. This training is designed for therapists who wish to integrate holistic, unconventional, or spiritual practices into their clinical work while aligning these practices with clinical theory and empirically supported treatment modalities.
You will be guided through the process of identifying language that links clinical theory with non-traditional interventions and demonstrates how these can support the application of empirically supported treatments. Attendees will explore examples of practices and learn to merge and blend language to effectively communicate the integration of these modalities.
By the end of the session, therapists will have a formula to reflect on their own practices to better understand the presence of clinical theory and how verbiage can create alignment to remain within clinical scope of practice.

When Darkness Illuminates: A Tarot Journey into Shadow Work (Thursday, 2/6, 5:15pm - 6:10pm)
Carl Jung referred to “the shadow” as “that which I do not wish to be.” That is, those aspects of ourselves that are unacceptable, whether to ourselves, our family or society. We repress those disowned parts or project them onto other people. But hiding important characteristics of ourselves in the deep shadow realm of our subconscious doesn’t mean we are free from their influence, which comes out in sneaky ways. Instead, to live a truly authentic life, we have to be brave enough to welcome ALL of ourselves, not just “the good” parts.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the nature of the shadow, how shining a light on it leads to soul integration, and why that is a necessary step to becoming fully ourselves. But perhaps most importantly, you will learn how to integrate shadow work with tarot cards (an excellent combination!), so please bring your favorite deck and a notebook to get the most out of this training :)

Using Active Imaginiation with Tarot (Friday, 2/7 at 12:30pm EST)
When we directly experience the wisdom of the unconscious, we experience creative renewal. Using tarot and active imagination we begin to play with symbols and archetypes offered by the unconscious.
In this workshop we will pick a tarot card and focus on the archetype, using a step by step process to tap into the unconscious depths and bring meaning into the conscious psyche.
Please be sure to have tarot deck on hand!

Finding Alignment with Human Design (Friday, 2/7 at 1:30pm EST)
So much of our journey in this lifetime seems to be rooted in finding our purpose, our uniqueness and the essence of the magic that lies within us. For many of us, our clients have chosen us because we understand the importance of getting out of the head and into the body and soul. We utilize various ancestral healing technologies such as Tarot, Reiki, Yoga, and many more! Although the Human Design system is a relatively new spiritual technology, it can be a powerful tool to utilize with our clients and ourselves.
Human Design encourages individuals to experiment with their own unique energetic blueprint with the hopes of finding alignment and connection with others. This workshop focuses on exploring the basics of the Human Design system and the various ways it can be integrated within ourselves and with our clients, creating a space to welcome self-embodiment, expansion and exploration.

Body-Centered Spirituality (Friday, 2/7 at 3pm EST)
I believe spirituality is a journey you define, and feeling grounded in your body strengthens your relationship to spirit. However, building a relationship with your body is not easy if you have a traumatic past, which makes it challenging to connect to anything spiritually. Acknowledging your wounds opens your connection to your higher self and your spiritual world.
Sonia will be teaching how to acknowledge your wounds with various tools such as tarot, crystals, somatic awareness, and energy healing.

Chakras and Shadow Work (Friday, 2/7 at 4pm EST)
In this workshop, you will discover how to use the psychology of the Chakra system framework to tap into subconscious parts we have hidden, ignored, disowned, or dislike. This trapped energy can keep us stuck us in old patterns. But learning how to be with the shadow helps us reconnect to our inner light and create balance that serves our highest purpose.

Somatic Rituals: Embodying Elements for Transformation (Saturday, 2/8, at 3pm EST)
In this workshop, we will explore the power of creating simple but powerful rituals, engaging with our bodies' felt sense while incorporating elements from nature and our own deep longing.
Attention, intention, and curiosity are keys to opening a space where we can feel, discover, and receive wisdom. We will deliberately ignite our hearts and imaginations, inviting something greater to help us heal and grow. By suspending rational thought and joining with our inner healer, we can access deeper flows in our bodies, minds, and spirit to facilitate “big T and little T” transformations for ourselves and our clients.
I received the bones of this workshop as a download after having tea with our hostess, Dreya Blume, one day. It draws on 3+ decades of eclectic witchy practice, my studies in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy (which I also teach internationally), and Somatic Experiencing, as well as engagement in a wide variety of embodiment practices. I'm partnering with something that is ready to come through in ways I cannot yet predict, and I'm delighted to have you join me.
